Welcome to 3P! I’m so glad you’re here!

I grew up with seven siblings in the Chicago area and I’m thankful to be back in the midwest and closer to my family. After college, I spent seven years teaching and living in California. During this time, I was a member of Loyola Marymount University’s PLACE Corps. I taught junior high math and 4th grade at St. Anthony of Padua School in Gardena, California.

I currently enjoy spending time with my husband and son and I love teaching 3rd grade! I’m so happy to be taking part in the professional, spiritual, and community activities that St. Gabriel provides because it gives my life a sense of purpose.

Degrees:   I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana.  I earned my master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Literacy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.

Certification:   I hold a State of Missouri Career Continuous Professional Certificate (CCPC) in Elementary Education Grades 1-6 and a Special Reading Certificate in Grades K-12. I am also working on my Paul VI certification.
