Scouting builds children of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
Scouting provides a program that builds character, helps children gain responsibility and learn about citizenship and the outdoors. In addition to having a lot of fun, there are experiences and duties in scouting that help the children mature into conscientious adults. The values that kids develop in Scouts can help guide them through their entire lives.
St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish hosts several active scout troops including Daisies, Brownies, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Boy Scouts. Additional information about these programs for boys and girls is on the parish website, as well as links to their troop web pages.
