A Note from the Principal
Thank you to all of you who attended the Finance and Future presentation on Thursday evening. It was a wonderful presentation that shared exactly how much we have to be grateful for as a school and parish community. Thanks to the hard work and collaboration between our Board of Education, Parent and Faculty Association, Parish Council, Finance Committee, Monsignor Shamleffer, and other school and parish organizations, we are headed toward a bright future for our students and all of our community! The BOE will be sending out a summary of the presentation if you missed it. We appreciate all of Shannon Williams’, Judy Hunter’s, Joan Miller’s, Tom Bene’s, Carrie Wegman’s, Staci Turner’s, Chris Wallace’s, Julie Devoti’s, and Monsignor Shamleffer’s efforts on the presentation. Thank you, all!
Congratulations to all of our 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th classes and Honor Choir. You all performed well at the Choral Concert last night. Thanks to Mrs. Shaver-Krus for all of her efforts in preparing the students and to Mrs. Diekhoff for working with our 1st and 3rd graders on their songs in Spanish. Please join us tonight for our Band Concert at 7pm.

Online School Supplies
Can you believe it’s almost summer already AND that time of year to order school supplies for the 2018-19 school year? St. Gabriel’s is offering the online school supply program again through School Tool Box. The lists are teacher approved with brand named supplies and a school year guarantee. Save yourself time and money rummaging through the aisles at the box stores.
Not only does a percentage from each box purchased go back to St. Gabriel’s, each box purchased by you feeds a child at Feed My Starving Children.
If you order before June 24, you can benefit from an early bird discount and a percentage of your purchase goes back to Gabes. Your child’s box will be shipped directly to Gabes in August in his/her own box and you can pick it up at Back to School Night.
If you order after June 24-August 8, you will not enjoy the benefit of the discount stated above, but you will have the option to customize each box and only order what you need. Boxes ordered after June 24, will be shipped directly to your home.
